Every item is custom-crafted and made-to-order uniquely for you the moment you order. This approach eliminates textile waste and supports ethical, small-batch production—it's slow fashion done right. Your garment is handled by one of our trusted Canadian production partners, ensuring regional quality control. Production typically requires 2–5 business days to meet our quality standards before shipment.

What are the total estimated delivery times?

The total delivery time is Production (2–5 days) + Shipping Time:

Canada: 4–10 business days total.

United States: 7–20 business days total.

International (EU/ROW): 12–35 business days total.

What is your shipping cost structure?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within Canada. International costs vary by product and destination; rates are calculated at checkout in CAD.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

NO, we cannot change, modify, or cancel custom orders. Your order is submitted to our production partner automatically and immediately (within 1 hour) to begin the crafting process. Please review your size, color, and shipping address carefully before checking out.

What if I order different items (e.g., a T-Shirt and a Hoodie)?

Your items will be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations and may arrive on different days. You will receive multiple tracking numbers, but there is no extra cost to you for this split shipment.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Yes. All orders shipped outside of Canada may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are set by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

What is your general return policy?

Because items are custom-crafted and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or incorrect color choice. We only offer replacements for quality issues.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped by our delivery partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

What if my product arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at teesofcanada@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly process a free replacement immediately.
